< < Caroline is an illustrator from Bradford on Avon in Wiltshire. She has a particular interest in children’s books and editorial illustration. Small is a children’s book that follows the struggles of a very small frog called Patrick.

> > Reece likes world building and creating sets where stories take place. His final project is a short game demo set in the old city in Ivo with wacky characters and narratives going on. Reece is originally from a small town in North Wales, he currently resides in Cheltenham.

Georgia Soper

< < Georgia Soper is an illustrator with an enthusiasm for nature, silly knick-knacks, and classic picture books. Her project ‘Wonderfully Weird’ celebrates creatures often perceived negatively and deemed less desirable by society. She hopes that by creating a collection of cute merchandise featuring these animals, she could make people like them just that little bit more. After all, they just want to be loved like you and me!

Phoebe Gawler

> > Phoebe is interested in narratives, especially those that contain fantasy creatures and magical worlds. Her picture book tells the tale of Coralmane the Seaweed Cat and Mintha, a Little Creature from the Toad Pond, on their adventure to find Mintha’s missing home, a teapot. It is a book filled with detailed spot illustrations and beautiful decorative borders.

Aimée Le Huquet

< < Aimée Le Huquet is a passionate illustrator and bookbinder who has combined her talents to make a special box set edition of the classic The Great Gatsby.  This has culminated in a 7 edition series, complete with illustrations and custom designed covers these beautiful hand binded books are based on the 7 major story types, as set by Ancient Greek literature.

> > Emily writes and illustrates picture books that can be used as guides on how to get through tough situations or how to handle difficult emotions. Her picture book aims to help children who feel as though they are different, and/or are struggling to fit in and make friends. She hopes her book can guide children through this difficult time and show them that it is okay to be different, you will find those who accept you for who you are.

Timi Lorincz

< < Timi is a model maker and illustrator. Her project is about a Witch called Eszter who travels the world and records her findings in her illustrated journals. The world of Mághia came to her two years ago and has been growing in depth and detail ever since. She loves fantasy and really enjoys working on her world. She aims to build her world moving forward and create more stories from it and continue with the already existing ones.

Hannah Parker

> > Hannah is a printmaker and illustrator whose projects bring small scale environmental issues to light. This large scale textile printmaking project aims to inform people how they as individuals can help increase the bee population in their own garden. This piece takes already established research and illustrates it in a creative and interactive way. Hannah encourages viewers to immerse themselves in her piece by walking through it, not only seeing but touching and smelling.

Tom De-Wilton Holmes

< < Tom is a comic book illustrator and writer with a deep love for stories. His work is both narrative and character driven, drawing inspiration from personal experiences, folklore, and fantasy. A Leaf in the Wind is a graphic novel still in development, telling the story of loss, acceptance, and self-worth. We follow the story of Leif, a young woman looking for her mother, but most of all, looking for a place to belong. 

Alessandra Enwright

> > Alessandra has a passion for creating beautiful illustrations that are enjoyed by both children and adults. The project Bertie the Bumble Bee is an illustrated children’s book based on a poem written by Alessandra’s grandmother, Kathleen Enwright. The story, despite having a bittersweet ending, teaches children the importance of sharing with others.

Felicity Beard

< < Felicity Beard is a printmaker and illustrator who loves food. Food is where she gets a lot of inspiration and the recipes on these cards are the ones that have got her through the last three years of university. The prints are all made up of different layered screen prints as well as textures found around the studio.

> > Emily Burrus has a great appreciation of the world around her, from nature to the man-made aspects of life and in is central to her illustration practice. With her project, she aims to inspire people to go outside and explore either a familiar area or to venture somewhere new, through her own depictions of the world around her in new and interesting ways.

Rajat Rai

Originally from Nepal, Rajat Rai is a character designer and illustrator whose work is inspired by folklore, nature and the people and events from his daily life. His love of history is evident in his eclectic body of work. The Wayfarer art book introduces readers to the world of Galera. Inspired by both western and eastern mythology, it is a project built on Rajat’s passion for world building and concept art. Through it, he aims to use the design process to create an immersive experience for the reader.
